I currently work in the wireless industry as a manager at T-Mobile, where I assist customers daily with smartphones, mobile applications, and troubleshooting technical issues. Through this experience, I have seen firsthand that many users face similar challenges, especially when it comes to understanding apps, device settings, and operating systems. This blog lets me turn real-world experiences into helpful content that reaches a wider audience.

I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, aiming to expand my technical knowledge and transition into a more advanced, hands-on role in the technology field. Through this course of study, I hope to strengthen my understanding of how technology works behind the scenes and improve my ability to communicate technical information clearly and simply.
